     Hi everyone, my name is Jake Vance. I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. I grew up in a family that was involved in the construction industry. Over the years of going to job sites and working with people, I found my real passion; Real Estate. Through countless hours of dreaming, working and learning I ignited a fire that would become my reality. After graduation, I too pursued the construction industry, where I was involved in new construction as well as remodeling exsisting homes. Over time I got to see homeowners reactions and the happiness of their new home being built, or their excitedness about their new addition to their home. This made me proud to be part of something bigger than myself. Which is why I decided it was time to make my dream true and become a realtor. As a realtor, I am dedicated to making the home buying/selling process hassle free and efficient so you can be focused on one of the most exciting times in your life.
