About Me

My name is Matt Heller and I am a real estate agent, based in Blair, Nebraska. I am dedicated to serving my clients, keeping true to my belief that the customer ALWAYS comes before the sale. Customer relations are key to me. I believe each person has different needs, experiences, and has a way in which they like to do business. I am dedicated to adapting to those differences in order to meet each client’s needs and expectations. The relationships that I have been able to create in my years as a business owner are just as important as the success of the business. Ultimately, they go hand in hand.

Having owned my own business since 2010, I have extensive knowledge in all aspects of business: sales, bookkeeping, advertising, inventory management, and of course, customer service. I will personally walk you through every aspect of the home buying or selling process, keeping you and your best interest first. I work to educate my buyers and sellers to make informed decisions, using my industry knowledge, market analysis, and technology. I have vast knowledge of Omaha, its surrounding areas, and other parts of Nebraska, having closed on homes in over 20 different cities in our state!

I am also a dedicated husband and father. I like to stay very active and involved as much as I can in the lives of my four children, Millie Mae, Vivie Rae, Rowan Ryder, and Ruby Ann, while also supporting my wife, who happens to be a business owner. I have been involved in the Blair High School baseball program and was previously a baseball coach at Millard West High School from 2008-2015. I have been blessed to still be a part of the lives of many of the players and parents I coached, dating all the way back to the first year I started. I also like to stay involved in sports, hunting, and my church- Reach Church. I volunteer at my church for their seasons stage designs and construction.

During home viewings Matthew took time to provide us his feedback about each place, not to sway us one way or another, but to make sure we were looking at everything we should. He drove back and forth from Blair to the area we were shopping in willingly and was always thoroughly engaged during each visit. Unfortunatly, the house we ended up buying was owned and sold by another agent so Matthew didnâ€™t get anything from all the work he put in. However, he still kept in touch throughout our closing stages to make sure everything was good. This says a lot about him. He doesnâ€™t care about the money but rather that his clients are happy and taken care of. Thatâ€™s a very rare thing these days! Fast forward to when we found Matt, he did an outstanding job keeping both my husband and myself informed on every step. When we sat down and talked, he was very up front and didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear. He told us what we needed to do to get our house sold, which we really appreciated.
