Ryan Frickel

Having lived in the Omaha area my whole life, I have had the fortunate opportunity to personally be a part of many aspects of our unique and thriving real estate market. My passion for real estate began way back in elementary school when my friends and I began building ornate tree houses in our forested backyard, and throughout the years, this grew into many successful real estate businesses. This includes everything from smaller short-term rentals to 7-figure new construction projects. My unique experiences in being a part of every one of these transactions from beginning to end has given me a lot of advantages when it comes to knowing what things will help your house sell more quickly, exactly how much they will cost, and what things to look for when buying a house that might not be one of the "normal" items on everyone's checklist.

Although my passion for real estate extends far back in time, it ultimately took a global pandemic for me to finally decide to become a realtor. I originally started my career as a pharmacist in 2009, and many of the skills I’ve perfected both in pharmacy school rotations and in the pharmacy field have been instrumental in helping me be the best realtor I can. My attention to detail and drive for the most ideal outcome have really helped set me up for success in the real estate world.

When I’m not saving patients’ lives or on the other end of the spectrum helping create clients’ lifelong memories, my wife and I love spending time with our two boys. Boating, fishing, sports, and traveling are some of our family favorites. I’m also an avid homebrewer that has won awards and even created a beer with Dogfish Head. I’ve also played guitar in many bands over the past 20 years, culminating in the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to record with Fall Out Boy’s producer. Long story short, I have many things I’m passionate about, and I would love to talk to you about you and your family’s passions so that we can work together to make your dreams a reality.
