I was born and raised enjoying the open freedom of farm life. Brought up with the typical Midwest values of determination, hard work and acceptance of diversity in all areas of life. A love of open space and countryside views is a permanent part of my persona. I have worked in a variety of retail capacities the majority of which was in mid-level management with Hy-Vee Food Stores for over 12 years. I have worked on many sides of the closing table beginning with NP Dodge Property Management in '95 as a leasing agent. I then sold real estate with NP Dodge from '95 to '98 at the Gold Circle office. Later I would gain tremendous industry knowledge working as an Escrow Officer for both Omaha Title, NLTA & Prestige Title. I later worked as a Legal Assistant for a Real Estate Fraud Team at a nationwide title firm. We investigated both internal and external real estate fraud in relation to our licensed agents and customers of our title insurance policies. In 2012 I began assisting my clients in both sales & property management and continue to do so today.

I have a love for travel, and have done extensive travel from coast to coast here in the U.S. The Fall Foliage tour of the Northeast was one of my favorite experiences. I enjoy being near water having grown up camping, fishing and boating at the many lakes here in the Midwest. I would love to someday have a home on a lake or large body of water. I have a love for all animals having grown up caring for them on the farm. I appreciate good art and have a decent collection of original art pieces that I have collected during my travels. I have an eye for detail, and because of that, I enjoy decorating and have established a very comfortable living environment. I am a very social person and love to entertain in the space that I have created. I appreciate science fiction, comedy, biographies and action/psychological thrillers in both book and movie formats. I have lived in Northern IA and Southern AL. I love helping people and you will find that I am steadfast in my service and dedication.
