NP Dodge Holds Topping Off Celebration July 28th, 2006 by NP Dodge Marketing Team Dodge Plaza construction reached a milestone on Friday, July 28th, 2006 when the final piece of structural steel was set in place at a topping off ceremony. The beam, which was painted white and in keeping with industry tradition held an American flag and Christmas tree, was set in place at the top of the new four-story structure. The new plaza is located at 13321 California Street (northwest corner of 132nd & Dodge).

The ceremony began at 11:00 am with invited guests signing the beam, including Mayor Mike Fahey, Holland Basham Architects, the project's architectural firm and the management and construction crew from Meyers Carlisle Leapley, the project contractor.
