In 1978, Sandy Dodge became the fourth Nathan Phillips Dodge to lead the 152-year-old, family-owned company, which has 17 offices in Nebraska and Iowa with more than 500 sales associates and 450 employees. During his tenure at NP Dodge, the company has expanded into property management and has purchased investment property around the country, with Omaha remaining its business base.
Kate Dodge established NEI Global Relocation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NP Dodge, in the mid-1980s: today NEI has 150 employees and relocates over 5,000 families annually. NEI is a full service relocation management firm providing complete relocation services to national and multinational companies who transfer their key executives around the country and around the world.
Other inductees this year include Chip Davis, President and CEO of American Gramaphone and Composer; Henry Doorly (1879-1961), Publisher of Omaha World Herald; Richard Holland, advertising executive and philanthropist; and A.F. Jacobson (1905-1990), President of Northwestern Bell Telephone Company.
