Riedmann Receives Highest Honor from the Nebraska REALTORS? Association

Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales of NP Dodge Real Estate, was honored as the 2007 Nebraska REALTOR? of the Year during the Nebraska REALTORS? Association Convention and Exhibition, on April 26. The Nebraska REALTOR? of the Year is the highest honor awarded by the Nebraska REALTORS? Association, and is given to a member who exemplifies service not only to the association, but to their community and the real estate industry at large.

Mike served as the 2006 State Committee Chair for RPAC Trustees and has served on many committees at the state level for the Nebraska REALTORS? Association. He was the 2005 President of the Metropolitan Omaha Builders Association and in past years has also served as President of the Omaha Board of REALTORS? and the Nebraska Board of REALTORS?. In 2006 he received the REALTOR? of the Year award from the Omaha Board of REALTORS?.

He is currently on the Advisory Committee of Omaha by Design and has been a member of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, the Bridge Builders Society of the United Way of the Midlands and a leadership contributor to the Boy Scouts of America. He has also been a huge supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the American Heart Association and served on the board for Easter Seals of Nebraska.

Mike graduated from Wayne State College in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He received the Wayne State College Alumni Achievement Award in 2004 and is a trustee for the Wayne State Foundation.

He started with NP Dodge Real Estate in May 1991 as an Assistant Manager and three months later was named Manager of the 87th & Dodge residential office. On May 10, 1993 he was named Vice President of Residential Sales and later named President of Residential Sales. He is a Vice President of NP Dodge Company. NP Dodge is the oldest family owned real estate company in the United States.

Mike?s immediate family includes his wife, Coleen Riedmann, and their daughter, Nicole, and her husband, Phil Riddle and their son, Ayden; their son, Luke Riedmann, and his wife, Pam and their daughter, Adeline; and daughters Natalie and Jacy.
