NP Dodge Celebrates 2023 Accomplishments: Washington County REALTOR® Melanie Kaeding Receives Phil Dodge Award
Omaha, Nebraska – February 17, 2024 - The annual NP Dodge Awards Ceremony was held at Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District with over 200 agents and employees in attendance. The magical evening included an awards ceremony, dinner and entertainment as attendees heard from Jill Anderson, President of NP Dodge’s Residential Sales division and Nate Dodge, CEO and Chairman of NP Dodge Company.
Melanie Kaeding was honored at the ceremony with the coveted Phil Dodge Award for her commitment to customer service, professional ethics and community involvement. In his announcement speech, Nate spoke to Melanie’s dedication to her career and to serving others as a true leader in the community.
As Phil Dodge once said “Our highest calling is service over self.” Melanie has a passion for volunteering and helping other people. She formerly worked in special education and is also a former volunteer for a swim team. Melanie sits on a county Chamber of Commerce board, volunteers for CASA- Court Appointed Special Advocates and is a member of the Great Plains Beekeeper group. Within NP Dodge, Melanie works as a mentor, bringing knowledge and care to our new agents, and is a current member of NP Dodge’s Agent Advisory Committee.
The NP Dodge Awards also recognize the hard work and accomplishments of top agents. The event showcases the top teams and individuals for Closed Volume and Units, along with many other awards. The Closed Volume winners included The Rensch Group (Top Super Mega Team and Company Overall, 86Dodge Office), The Bill Black Team (Top Mega Team, 204Dodge Office), Ashley Nicole Realty Group (Top Power Team, Fremont Office), The Brown Stones Group (Top Partners, 148Dodge Office) and Robin Philips (Top Individual, 148Dodge Office).
