NP Dodge Real Estate Agent Services Moves to 86Dodge

Omaha, NE – July 2, 2024 - NP Dodge Real Estate Agent Services has moved its office from 8701 West Dodge Road to 8601 West Dodge Road, Suite 120. NP Dodge Real Estate Agent Services joins the 86Dodge Residential Sales Office in a newly renovated space in the historic Omaha building.

In 2021, NP Dodge unveiled the multi-million-dollar renovation to 86Dodge that is now home to several tenants including Girls Scouts Spirit of Nebraska Omaha Service Center, Lifespan Counseling, Midwest Dermatology Clinic and NP Dodge Real Estate. NP Dodge worked closely with Stanley J. How Architects to preserve the architectural and engineering significance of the 60-year-old midcentury modern Omaha building while building up and investing in building features and upgrades.
