Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® Recognizes NP Dodge Real Estate REALTORS®

Omaha, NE – August 21, 2025 – NP Dodge Real Estate is proud to announce that Herb Freeman has received the Lifetime Achievement Award during Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® 140th Installation and Awards Banquet.This award recognizes and acknowledges his career which has been dedicated to professionalism, service, and making a positive impact on the real estate industry and the community it serves. Herb has had a long-standing in the real estate community, and has made significant contributions to the real estate industry.

During Thursday’s Installation, Jill Anderson, NP Dodge Real Estate’s President of Residential Sales, was installed as the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® 2026 President-Elect. Nicole Riddle, NP Dodge Real Estate’s Sarpy County Office Managing Broker, was appointed to the 2026 Board of Directors.
