NP Dodge Names Wehner Senior Vice President of Agent Development May 14th, 2007 by NP Dodge Marketing Team Mike Riedmann, President of NP Dodge Residential Sales, today announced the addition of Mark T. Wehner as Senior Vice President of Agent Development. In his new role he will oversee the recruiting, continuing education and personal coaching for all NP Dodge Residential Sales agents. Mr. Wehner has previously served as broker, office manager and general sales manager for two area real estate companies. During those years he was awarded Manager of The Year (twice) and Real Estate Educator of the Year-LLA. NP Dodge Sales Office Breaks Company Record May 07th, 2007 by NP Dodge Marketing Team

The numbers are in! The NP Dodge West Dodge sales office, located at 12915 W. Dodge Rd., achieved a record sales month in April 2007. They broke the company record with over 30 million in sales. This is the first time in 152 years that NP Dodge has recorded this level of sales in a one month period.

The extraordinary sales figures are due in part to the quality of our agents and the service they provide to our buyers and sellers, said Derek Faulkner, West Dodge Office Manager.

In spite of a market being affected by higher building costs and interest rates, larger inventory and reported slower sales, NP Dodge Real Estate continues to achieve record sales.
